Rising Sun specially designed a G-type clamp for rotational molding steel moulds. It is generally used in double-layer mold frames, and is used in aluminum moulds 

like ordinary clamp.

The advantage of the G-type clamp is that it is convenient for workers to quickly disassemble and assemble the mold. Compared with quick screws, it can reduce 

noise and lower damage rate during disassembly and assembly. It can save costs with long-term use. It is light in weight but has good strength.

Air amplifier

Increase air flow in difficult-to-form areas such as deep cavities and through-holes, which can be used to adjust product wall thickness

Inserts holders

It can be used for quick disassembly and assembly of inserts to reduce product deformation or breakage due to shrinkage and improve disassembly and assembly efficiency.

Positioning pin

It can be used to position the flange of the mould so that the product can be opened and closed more accurately.

Ejector

Compressed air fills the gap between the product and the mould, making it easier to demold the product.
