Introduction of R&D center
In 2010, Rising Sun Rotomolding Machinery established the country's first fully - fledged Rotomolding R & D center, focusing on learning, practice, research, and production. The R & D center has successfully recruited an outstanding expert team. At the helm of this team are Dr Sain Mohini and Professor Yang Weimin, who are highly regarded both internationally and domestically in the field of rotomolding. Comprising 1 foreign academic luminary, 10 expert professors, 2 senior engineers, 2 doctors, 4 master's degree holders, and 12 undergraduates, the current expert team is a powerhouse of knowledge and expertise. They are deeply engaged in the development of rotomolding machines, molds, and a diverse range of products, including military - grade casings, lifeboats, and rotomolded housing solutions. In addition, the team has spared no effort in exploring new materials and advanced processing technologies, constantly striving to expand the frontiers of rotomolding. In recent years, the company has achieved fruitful success: applied for and obtained more than 87 patents, including 17 invention patents, 49 utility model patents and 21 appearance patents; published more than 30 papers. Since its inception, the rotomolding R & D center has been actively involved in a wide array of research activities. It has carried out ANSYS FEA analysis on various aspects such as the mechanical mechanics, thermal energy utilization, deformation characteristics, and strength properties of plastic products. The center has also delved into intelligent research related to rotomolding machines, and has been conducting in - depth analysis and calculations of heat transfer during rotomolding processes. For mold design and construction, it has been at the forefront of developing rapid molding technology. Moreover, the center has been exploring the application of rotomolding technology in emerging fields, such as lightweight all - plastic impact - resistant vehicles and unsinkable yachts. These endeavors have led to remarkable achievements, and the center has received substantial support from the country. The R & D center is wholeheartedly committed to the continuous research and development of rotomolding technology, as well as its practical implementation. Its overarching goal is to create a world - class rotomolding R & D platform, with the ultimate aim of making rotomolding technology a cornerstone in the realm of plastic parts processing technology."
