In addition to the establishment of production lines, we also configure various auxiliary machines for customers. The following are some of our commonly used applications of rotomolding auxiliary machines:

1) Pelletizer

Main usage: to reshape pellets or crushed materials to obtain a full color (single screw is more commonly used); some professional manufacturers will also improve the powder through granulators (twin screw type machines are recommended for more effective)

2）Pulverizer

Main usage: grind the granulated or crushed granules or fine crushed materials, and screen them through a sieve to obtain a certain mesh size of rotomolding grade powder.

3）Mixer

Main usage: through mixing method, dry mix powder faster and more evenly to obtain different colors. 

4）High-Speed Mixer

Main usage: through efficient closed mixing method, dry mix powder faster and more evenly to obtain different colors. The efficiency and effect are better than ordinary mixers!

5） Crusher

Main usage: machine installation and mould demoulding. If there is no overhead crane in the factory, cantilever crane will be a good choice.

7）Foaming Machine

Main usage: mixing and injection of foaming materials, for some products that require foaming such as insulation boxes, floats, etc.

 8）Bulk Bags

Main usage: to pack and store powders of various colors carefully, so that employees can quickly obtain powders of the required color and weight, or they can cooperate with automatic feeding system to automatically weigh and feed at the operation station.
